What do I do if I haven't received my purchases?
Our store should credit purchases to your in-game account within 30 minutes. You must be online in order to receive your purchase. Please keep your account logged in when waiting for a purchase. If your purchases did not arrive, please wait for up to 30 minutes before emailing or contacting our support team.

Terms of Service & Refund Policy
All transactions are final and there are no refunds. All items are virtual and have no real monetary value. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game glitches, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of the server administration team.
